Matthew Matthew has dedicated over 20 years to the nonprofit sector, enriching both local and national organizations with his extensive expertise, particularly in arts and LGBTQ+ initiatives. Throughout his career, he has focused on fundraising while also engaging in various other areas within nonprofits. Passionate about uplifting the queer community, Matthew is committed to creating environments where everyone can thrive.

His experience encompasses major gifts fundraising, orchestrating successful galas and events, as well as forging strong corporate and celebrity partnerships. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the nonprofit landscape, Matthew is equipped to drive impactful fundraising strategies that benefit the organizations he serves, ensuring sustainable support for vital community initiatives. He has graced the stage with legendary performers and delighted audiences with his dynamic vocals in numerous one-man shows and live performances.

Jai's television career boasts an impressive array of roles, from starring opposite Reba McEntire in "Malibu Country" to appearing in numerous hit series like "How I Met Your Mother" and "Bones." He has hosted and appeared in countless television shows, including "Groomer Has It" and "Dance Moms." Sharing Your Story - Your “Why”

We work with staff and board to finetune each individual’s connection to the mission, with a goal of being able to deliver your “why” succinctly and in a way that connects your story directly to the mission of the organization. It provides an opportunity to pivot from a personal story that builds rapport with the listener into the focus of the organization and why you need support. This can be done individually, as a group, or some combination of the two.

Galas and Events

Our team will help you build and stretch when it comes to creating your gala. We offer helpful tools and insights for making a successful ask and collecting the most dollars from the room as you can. We can assist in the following ways:

The big ask is the final piece of an ongoing cultivation/stewardship process, and it needs to come with a strategy that ties the donor’s interests (and legacy, perhaps) directly with the existing work of the organization.

And we work with nonprofits to help them determine alignment with corporate partners and to ensure that the partnership goes beyond dollars.
